I’m just like me and that’s all that I want to be
I refuse to be a second generation you - I’m the fist generation me
I’m not going along with the plans that you’ve made for me
I’m going to be myself - for it’s the man who I was born to be
I’m me and I’m so proud of it – culture doesn’t mean fitting in

If being normal means being the same I’d rather be insane

I don’t look and act like you because I’m the one and only, the only me

If it’s so great, you can be whatever it is that you want me to be
